How can I describe this necklace, well, here goes.

I started first with the bottom 2 scrolls, then I got some thicker wire which was for the neck and scrolled each end which was very hard to do. I then attached the 2 pieces of wire with a rectangle aquamarine crystal, then to that I attached some flat curved wire with a piece of rectangle aqua glass which I copper foiled and attached a scroll in the centre with a crystal. On the opposite side I placed another scroll, which I attached another piece of aqua rectangle glass which was copper foiled, wire wrapped and soldered to the neck wire. On the bottom 2 scrolls I also attached more aqua glass, which was copper foiled, wire wrapped. I scattered 4 turquoise cabochons and thread wire through them and soldered them to the`wire. I also attached 2 scrolls on the top part of the neckwire and on each scroll I placed a crystal in the centre. I also scattered pears, navettes and a large pear crystal. The crystals I used were siam, golden shadow, aquamarine and caribbean blue opal. For the sides and back of the necklace I looped wire and attached a crystal in each loop.

The necklace has an adjuster chain with a crystal on the end. The necklace is prong set and soldered by hand and has a thick gold plating. The length of the necklace from the neck wire to the tip of the bottom scroll is 13 cm long and the width at the widest point is 15 cm. This is a very unique art piece and a on-off design. It is wearable art.
